Refund and Returns Policy

At Teloom (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), we are committed to providing quality consulting services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to modify or cancel your appointment. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for consultations booked through our platform (www.teloom.com).
By booking a consultation, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellations by Users
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund.
- Users can request to reschedule a consultation once at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled time.
1.2 Cancellations by Teloom or the Consultant
- In rare cases, if a consultation is canceled by Teloom or the assigned consultant, users will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed booking, users will be notified as soon as possible, and a resolution will be provided within 5-7 business days.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
✅ If the consultation is canceled by the consultant or Teloom – Full refund
✅ If the user cancels at least 24 hours before the appointment – 50% refund
✅ If the user cancels within less than 24 hours – No refund
✅ If a consultation is missed due to technical issues caused by Teloom – Full refund or reschedule
📌 No refunds will be issued for missed appointments due to user unavailability.
2.2 Refund Requests Due to Service Dissatisfaction
- If a user is dissatisfied with the consultation, a refund request must be submitted within 24 hours after the session.
- Refunds for dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Teloom reserves the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion.
- If a refund is granted due to poor service quality, the refund amount may be deducted from the consultant’s earnings (see Section 3.2).
3. Consultant Payment & Refund Deduction
3.1 Consultant Payment Policy
- Independent consultants are paid on a per-session or contract basis.
- Payments to consultants follow a Monthly Net 15 schedule (earnings for a given month are paid on the 15th of the following month).
3.2 Refund Deductions from Consultant Payments
If a refund is issued due to unsatisfactory service, Teloom reserves the right to:
- Deduct the refunded amount from the independent consultant’s earnings.
- If a consultant was set to receive $50 from a $100 booking, and a refund is issued, the consultant’s $50 will be deducted from their total payout.
- If a consultant’s balance is insufficient to cover the refund, their future earnings may be adjusted accordingly.
📌 Teloom reserves the right to withhold payments from consultants who receive multiple refund requests due to poor service quality.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a refund request via email to [info@teloom.com] within 24 hours of the consultation.
- Include booking details, reason for the refund, and any supporting information.
- Teloom will review the request and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
📌 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
5. No-Show Policy
- If a user fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- If a consultant fails to show up, users will be eligible for a full refund or a free rescheduling of the session.
6. Processing Time for Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- The refund amount may take additional time to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment provider and banking system.
- Teloom is not responsible for delays caused by the user’s bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
7. Changes to This Policy
Teloom reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and users will be notified of significant updates via email.
