Refund & Returns Policy

At Teloom, we aim to provide high-quality consultation services and a positive client experience. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before booking a service.
1. Service-Based Refunds
Our services are primarily digital and appointment-based (consultations). As such, we do not offer returns. However, we do consider refunds under specific conditions, as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- A technical issue or scheduling error on our part prevents the consultation from taking place.
- You accidentally purchased a service more than once.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Missed or forgotten appointments
- Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations (unless service was clearly misrepresented)
- Requests made after the scheduled time of the consultation
3. Rescheduling Policy
If you cannot attend your scheduled consultation, you may reschedule it once by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute rescheduling may not be accommodated.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your full name
- Booking details
- Reason for the refund request
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
