Welcome to the Teloom Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in our Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to abide by these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in the Program, including how commissions are earned and paid.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Overview of the Affiliate Program

The Teloom Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote our services and earn commissions on successful referrals.

✅ Affiliates are assigned a unique referral link to track sales.
✅ Commission is paid only on valid and qualified referrals.
✅ Affiliates must comply with advertising regulations and ethical marketing practices.

📌 Teloom reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility & Affiliate Approval

To become an approved Affiliate, you must:

✅ Be at least 18 years old.
✅ Have a legitimate website, social media presence, or advertising channel.
✅ Provide accurate contact and payment information.
✅ Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and privacy regulations.

📌 We reserve the right to reject applications that do not align with our brand values or violate compliance guidelines.

3. How Commissions Work

3.1 Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a commission for each successful referral that results in a paid consultation.
  
• The commission percentage is determined by Teloom and may vary based on promotional periods or affiliate performance.
  
• Commissions only apply to first-time purchases made through your unique referral link.
  

3.2 Commission Payouts

Commissions are paid on a Monthly Net 15 basis (i.e., commissions earned in a given month are paid on the 15th of the following month).

We pay using the following methods:

✅ Payoneer to Payoneer Transfer
  ▪ A payment processing fee of either $5 minimum or 2% of the total payout (whichever is higher) applies.
✅ Local Bank Transfer
  ▪ A 2% processing fee applies to the total payout.

📌 PayPal is not supported.

📌 If a referred customer’s payment is refunded or their consultation is cancelled after the commission has been credited, the affiliate’s payout for that sale will be reversed or deducted from future commissions.

3.3 Tracking & Valid Sales

• Sales are tracked using cookies, which are valid for [X] days from the initial visit via your referral link.
  
• If a customer clears cookies or uses another device, the sale may not be attributed to you.
  
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are not eligible for commissions.
  

📌 Teloom reserves the right to review and adjust commission payouts to prevent fraud or policy violations.

4. Prohibited Affiliate Activities

Affiliates must not:

🚫 Use spam, misleading claims, or false advertising to promote Teloom.
🚫 Bid on Teloom’s brand name or variations in Google, Bing, or other PPC platforms.
🚫 Use fake reviews, bot traffic, or automated tools to generate referrals.
🚫 Engage in unauthorized email or SMS marketing.
🚫 Impersonate Teloom on websites or social media.
🚫 Use coupon sites, link farms, or black-hat SEO tactics.
🚫 Offer cash incentives or rebates for signups.

📌 Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of commissions, and legal action.

5. Traffic Compliance & Advertising Policy

Affiliates must follow all relevant marketing laws and platform guidelines, including:

✅ CAN-SPAM Act (email marketing)
✅ TCPA (SMS marketing)
✅ GDPR & CCPA (data protection compliance)

📌 Teloom reserves the right to audit any affiliate’s traffic sources.

🚨 Prohibited Traffic Sources:

• SMS spam
  
• Pop-ups, pop-unders, forced redirects
  
• Bot traffic or artificial clicks
  
• Adult, gambling, or illegal content sources
  

📌 Non-compliance may result in withheld commissions and account termination.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

Teloom reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account if:

✅ The affiliate violates any of these Terms.
✅ There is suspected fraud or non-compliance.
✅ The affiliate is inactive for more than 6 months (no qualified referrals).

📌 Terminated affiliates forfeit unpaid commissions.

7. Taxes & Legal Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on earned commissions.
  

Teloom does not offer tax advice and is not responsible for your local tax obligations.

8. Changes to the Affiliate Program

Teloom may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and affiliates will be notified via email.

📌 Continued participation in the Program after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
