Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up to be an affiliate in the Teloom Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
1. Enrollment
To enroll in the Teloom Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the affiliate registration form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Teloom affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote our services in a legal and ethical manner
- Use only approved marketing materials
- Not make misleading or false claims about Teloom
- Not engage in spam, cookie stuffing, or unethical SEO practices
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a commission for each successful referral that results in a completed and paid consultation.
- Commission rates and payout thresholds are defined on the affiliate dashboard or communicated via email.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions are strictly prohibited and will result in loss of commission.
4. Payouts
- Commissions are paid on a [monthly/bi-weekly] basis, once the referred service is successfully completed and outside any refund window.
- Payouts are made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/etc.]. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account if you:
- Violate any part of these terms

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Teloom is not liable for any damages, loss of income, or other issues arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
7. Changes to the Program
Teloom reserves the right to change the terms, commission structure, or end the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the affiliate portal.
